What is Hero's? At Hero's we are only open for parties by advanced reservation. This allows us to better control the level of service and the party experience. Unlike the utter madness and mayhem associated with typical birthday party venues and indoor inflatable arenas, Hero's is a well-orchestrated, finely tuned Broadway production where your birthday child is the Star! Your "Party Hero" directs the action, the guests make up the supporting cast and the family is a participatory audience. The stage is set for a remarkable experience, a personalized production based on preferences.
What is a "Party Hero"? A Party Hero is in charge of making the party the most special day of the year for your birthday child. Your Party Hero stays with the children during the entire 2 hour party, guiding the guests along their journey of discovery and play. Everyone is involved in making the birthday child the center of attention, while Mom & Dad can participate in the action or just sit back and relax.
How do you personalize the party for my child? Your Party Hero will call you a few days before your event. During this call, you will have the chance to ask any last minute questions about your party, but most importantly, the Hero will take the time to learn a few things about your child. Armed with your child's interests, the Hero will make a plan to incorporate your child's favorite activities, characters or music into this special event.
What's the right age for a Hero's Party? Hero's is the perfect place for children between the ages of 3 and 11. Younger children can participate in many of the party activities but most of the group should be at least 3. Kids older than 11 may want to look at our group events during the week where sports teams or any other group can have private use of the whole building!
Can I stop by and get a tour? Of course! But, because Hero's is only open when we have a scheduled event, you might want to be safe and call us at 419-873-9400. We'd be happy to open up the building for you to see our awesome indoor backyard playground!
Do I get my choice of party rooms? All 3 of our party rooms are constructed to feel like your favorite childhood kitchen where you had your own birthday parties. Our 3 unique rooms will take to back the the 1950's, 1970's or 1980's. (Sorry 60's, you got left behind) All are complete with vintage appliances from that era. Your party room is based on the start time of your party. If you have a favorite room, make sure you discuss it with our booking agent so we can get you into the correct time slot. Rarely can your room be changed they day of the event.
Do you open the presents during the party? Of course we do. This is a major part of your party and we take it very seriously. Your Hero will assist in making a game of opening the presents and will even make a detailed list of presents for mom and dad...we really want to make this easy for you!
